ah it's a textured brush! after I finished the painting I added a new layer, set to overlay or multiply at low opacity (whichever looks best with the colors you have) put some random brush strokes, yo ucan sharpen the brush strokes for a more apparent effect and that's pretty much it. I use shaddy safadi's brushes at the moment. Here is his website :[link] you can download his brushes there C:

No problem!
It's called "Sampled Brush 2 15"
or atleast that's what my photoshop elements say :S it's a bit different than normal photoshop, so I'm not sure if it changes the names of the brushes or so?
